I understand that skateboarding is inherently dangerous and involves the risk of falls, collisions, sprains, fractures, head injuries, paralysis, death, and other serious injury. I understand that injuries may happen even when using proper equipment and following instructions.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with skateboarding and related activity, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I agree that I am responsible for wearing appropriate protective gear, including a helmet and other equipment suitable for the activity and conditions. I understand that Trick Level encourages safe progression but cannot guarantee safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Trick Level, its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, trainers, skateparks, and partners from claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses arising from injuries or losses related to skateboarding activity or use of the service.
If I am signing for a minor, I represent that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian and that I have authority to sign this waiver on the minor’s behalf. I understand that I am responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the service and skating activities.
I understand that Trick Level does not provide medical advice, coaching guarantees, emergency services, or on-site supervision.
This waiver does not waive liability where such waiver is prohibited by law, and it applies only to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
By using Trick Level or signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily accept its terms. A waiver like this is commonly used to show express assumption of risk for skateboarding injuries.
