Trick Level (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a skateboard app and SaaS platform for skaters, trainers, and skateparks. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use Trick Level.
We collect the information needed to create accounts, track progress, and provide coaching features. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data is stored in the European Economic Area unless we tell you otherwise. GDPR requires a privacy notice to identify the controller, explain purposes and legal bases, describe recipients and retention, and tell users how to exercise their rights.
We may collect:
We do not intentionally collect profile photos, location data, behavioural tracking data, or contacts.
We use personal data to:
We process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
Trick Level is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users younger than 13 may not create their own account. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage a family account and add a child to it, where permitted by law and after providing the required consent.
If we offer child accounts, we may require reasonable verification of parental responsibility before activating the account. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising the child’s use of the service. COPPA requires verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13 in covered situations.
Trainers and skateparks linked to a child account may see only the child’s name, age, and level. They may also mark tricks as practiced or landed. They will not have access to private notes or other unnecessary personal data. This reflects the GDPR principle that personal data should be limited to what is necessary.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in Ireland, in the European Economic Area. If we ever transfer data outside the EEA, we will use appropriate legal safeguards and update this policy accordingly.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share personal data with advertisers. We may share data only:
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data unless we must keep some information for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise these rights, email grow@tricklevel.com. You may also delete your account through the Bail Out section in Settings. GDPR requires that users be told about the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption for passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and protect user information.
If you use Trick Level from outside the EEA, you understand that your data may be processed in the EEA or in other countries where our providers operate. We will handle transfers lawfully and with appropriate safeguards where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version and update the effective date.
